Michelle has been working in the mental health arena since 2004 and currently offers individual, group, family counseling for veteran and their families in the following areas: Coping with PTSD, Grief and Loss, Life transitions, Military Sexual Trauma. I am a Gottman Seven Principles Program Educator and offer this program at the VA for couples on saturday afternoon. I also recently became certified as a cognitive processing therapist (CPT) an evidence based psychotherapy that has proven to be effective in diminishing symptoms of PTSD in civilians as well as veterans.

I also currently teach at the University of Phoenix in the College of Human Services and Psychology program and I am able to provide presentations on any of the specialties mentioned above.
